BEHOLD THE MIGHTY 6X6 FORD RAPTOR BUS

Don’t Ever Sleep On Vans

If there were a few things the mighty Ford F-150 Raptor didn’t need, it was being bigger and having more wheels. But Russian tuning shop Ford Market did just that, creating the absolutely monstrous Ford Raptor Bus. It’s actually not an F-150 Raptor at all, but a heavily modified Ford E-Series van with six wheels, a big lift, and Raptor inspired details. Vanlife anyone?

Details are scarce on the build, so our observations are going off the pictures uploaded to their Instagram. The build started off as an older Ford E-Series van. Then, they gave it a massive lift and they called it good for a while. But it definitely wasn’t good enough.

But why stop there? Ford Market then decided four wheels wasn’t enough and added two more. It then got a totally new front facia that used the grille and headlights from an F-150 Raptor. It also got some aftermarket, F-150 inspired taillights. Finally, it was painted a bold red color. If you could have missed it in the first place.

The result of it all is the Ford Raptor Bus, maybe one of the craziest vehicles ever made. To be honest, it appears to be fairly well done. The front looks just like a Raptor and has an LED light bar. The lift looks legit, and each axle appears to have it’s own differential, meaning the Raptor Bus is a true six wheel drive machine, and it’s not just dragging two wheels along for the ride. Even the bodywork and paint looks great. The only issue we see is that the Raptor-esque flailed fenders look like they could get in the way of the sliding rear door.

That being said, there’s always going to be the issue of simply fitting the thing in any parking spot or road. And, driving something like this may not give others a great impression of you. Still, we commend these crazy Russians for making something like this happen. It’s hardly their first wild build.
