The Ford GT Is The Musician’s Latest Addition to His Candy-Paint Collection

Post Malone loves cool cars. He has a particular affinity for the color white, as evidenced by the matching paint jobs of every car in his garage. The musician even sings about his obsession in the song “Candy Paint”, which debuted in 2017 as part of the soundtrack for The Fate of The Furious. Most recently, Post took delivery of his brand new 2021 Ford GT, spec’d in none other than a Frozen White exterior paint. Post Malone’s car collection also features a custom Ford Explorer, a 2020 Ford F-150 Shelby Super Snake Sport, a Hennessey VelociRaptor 6×6, and others. The 25-year old seems to have a taste for souped up Fords, to be clear.

Post Malone’s Ford GT

The half-a-million dollar Ford GT continues to be a crown jewel for car collectors. With only 1,350 examples of them being slowly hand-built at Multimatic’s facility in Markham, Ontario, customers have all been vetted and selected by Ford Motor Company, and those who have been left waiting to get their hands on one will be graced with more options and packages since the car first began production in December 2016.

When it comes to Post Malone’s Ford GT, the rapper appears to have kept things rather basic. It’s not, for example a Studio Collection Edition, a Heritage Edition, or a Liquid Carbon Edition. Nor is it a track-only Ford GT MkII. Instead, the Ford GT seems to just adhere to one requirement: that it must be white to match the other supercars in his collection. Frozen White, in this case.

While the Ford GT makes a great addition to Post Malone’s car collection, it’s not the first Ford vehicle in the musician’s stable. As mentioned, Malone has a 1992 Ford Explorer customized to the teeth by legendary Los Angeles body shop West Coast Customs. The Texas rapper calls his Explorer, which he’s had since before he became a pop icon, his “Texas Slab”. Oh, and his Hennessey VelociRaptor 6×6 is pretty cool too.

Just Wait, There’s More

Post Malone also has a 2020 Ford F-150 Shelby Super Snake Sport. The 770 horsepower supercharged crew cab truck is extremely rare and is limited to only 250 units for the entire United States. The Ford Explorer and the Shelby Super Snake Sport undoubtedly looked great on Post Malone’s Ford GT application in addition to his celebrity status, and they definitely helped him secure an allocation a while back.

Post Malone’s collection of rare and cool cars doesn’t end there. He also owns a Lamborghini Aventador SV Roadster and a Bugatti Chiron, both of which are factory white. If you’d like to check out the Ford GT and the rest of Post’s crazy all-white collection for yourself, check out TheStradman’s YouTube video where he purchases Post Malone’s unwanted Lamborghini Urus.
