The Barrett-Jackson Las Vegas auction last weekend sold a host of collector cars and automobilia, but if you’re a Las Vegas Raiders fan, one 4×4 stands out from the crowd. A 2021 Ford Bronco Badlands “Raiders Edition” brought in $275,000 for charity last weekend, to much applause from the NFL team’s cheerleading squad.

The buyer will receive a one-off edition of Ford’s sold-out SUV, decked out in the NFL team colors and featuring the Raiders logo prominently on the hood and front doors. All for that rare fan who is so proud of their team and wants everyone to know.

Okay, But What Does This 2021 Ford Bronco Do?

Behind the slick paint scheme, this Bronco has all the bells and whistles. A 2.7L EcoBoost engine delivers 310 hp and 375 lb-ft of torque to a 10-speed automatic transmission, while the Sasquatch package and custom Fox suspension promise peak performance should its new owner venture off-road. Inside, the Bronco’s Apple CarPlay is ready to blast that hype playlist through the optional Bang & Olufsen 10-speaker sound system. Yes, this vehicle has every conceivable option to reward the buyer’s generosity (and team loyalty) with a comfortable and exciting ride.

Serving A Purpose

Through its sale, it also served a good cause: there was no buyers fee, and 100% of the hammer price will be split between two local charities. The Grant a Gift Autism Foundation provides life-cycle support services for children and young adults with autism throughout the Las Vegas area. The team’s own Raiders Foundation, supports various non-profits in the region. The foundation says it is “committed to increasing and promoting community and civic health through support of youth development initiatives, active military and veterans, and by growing the game of football.”
