A few days ago, GMC revealed that a collaboration between Call of Duty was underway. Though, specific details weren’t set to be announced until today at the Call of Duty Next event. Now we know that GMC is partnering with Call of Duty to feature the Hummer EV pickup in Activision’s critically acclaimed video game franchise.
The GMC Hummer EV is the first all-electric vehicle to be found in the Call of Duty video games. Players will be able to drive the truck within the highly anticipated Warzone 2.0 game. Additionally, while players can transport their team through the massive game map, the vehicle will also be available within the action-packed Modern Warfare II single-player campaign.

With 1,000 horsepower, and a 0 to 60 mph time of approximately 3-seconds. The GMC Hummer EV Edition 1 has plenty of power to get players through the battlefield with ease, coupled with the incredible off-road capability, and you have a vehicle that might be able to rival the Halo Warthog. Though, that’s an entirely different franchise and vehicle. Although we’re sure somebody will make that mashup happen in some way.
The exciting integration of the Hummer EV pickup into Call of Duty Modern Warfare II is scheduled to debut on October 28, 2022, with Call of Duty Warzone 2.0 coming later this fall. Both games will feature massive maps with various terrains and conditions where the Hummer EV will truly shine. If the two integrated all of the Hummer EVs features, including the 13 inches of suspension travel, the truck would certainly be a go-anywhere machine.
Mark your calendars as two worlds come together with the exciting integration of the GMC Hummer EV into the Call of Duty franchise. This may be the only way most people will have a chance to experience the super truck.
