2021 FORD BRONCO REAR FENDERS OFFICIALLY TEASED

Yes, You May Have Already Seen Them Before

Leaks pertaining to the 2021 Ford Bronco are still coming, but now in the form of teasers from FoMoCo themselves. After months of playing it close to their chest, Ford is starting to use their Instagram page as a way to tease the public with images of the 2021 Bronco as its July 13 debut approaches. While the posts earlier in the week pertained to the off-roaders front facia, Ford has now posted a set of images that detail the SUV’s rear fenders.

We say a set of images, as Ford has actually uploaded nine previously unseen teaser images. That being said, the pictures offer very little in the way of anything helpful unless they are all viewed together. When seen from the Ford Bronco Instagram homepage, the images reveal a rear fender that is clearly inspired by the first-gen Bronco. Squared off and flat in its design, this rear fender even has a body crease where the original SUVs featured chrome detailing. However, the flared fenders and chunky off-road tires look perfectly in place for a modern SUV with the trails in mind.

It has been a foregone conclusion from the beginning that the 2021 Bronco would feature some retro design flair, but Ford has gone out of their way this week to let us know just how serious they were about this undertaking. When detailing the new front facia earlier this week, the company released a trio of images that showed the original Bronco’s grille sandwiched between the modern headlights. The end result didn’t look terribly out of place, which is a good thing for buyers who love the style of the first-gen trucks.

With the debut of the 2021 Ford Bronco just 10 days away at this point, the pieces are starting to fall together. While the Bronco may already be one of the most anticipated vehicles of the decade, we’re pretty sure these new teasers are only going to help fuel interest.
