Corvette Team members recently unveiled three new colors for the 2025 model year, and each one is just as eye-catching as the next: Hysteria (Purple), Competition Yellow, and Sebring Orange. Expect each of these colors to be available on the C8 Corvette ZR1, which will be unveiled in just a couple of months.
New Corvette Colors For 2025: Details
In typical fashion, the new Corvette colors were unveiled at the Michelin NCM Bash, and Hysteria seems to be already a popular addition to the C8 Corvette color palette as many enthusiasts have clamored around the color sample to get a close look. Hysteria appears to be a darker purple that has a bit of blue in it, which can be more visible or less depending on the light. At the same time, in the shade, it turns darker, which is a super cool effect for any color to have, but it pops the most with the purple and blue combination.
Chevrolet is also bringing back a true yellow color to the car, dubbed Competition Yellow. This color first appeared during the C4 days and should be an excellent match with the Corvette Racing Z06 GT3Rs. Not only that, but Chevy will be adjusting the Edge Yellow brake calipers to better match the new color, so those who want matching calipers can do so.
Finally, Sebring Orange is also returning; this color graced the first year the C8 Corvettes were produced before it was swapped out for Amplify Orange, which is slightly less metallic than Sebring. Chevrolet hasn’t yet revealed which colors these three will be replacing, but Amplify Orange and Accelerate Yellow will likely be out for next year. As for the gorgeous Hysteria color, we can’t wait to see some of these spectacular cars driving around with the purple/blue hue.
