The Hemi Orange Appearance Package for the Dodge Challenger and Charger first made its debut last year on GT RWD, and Scat Pack Widebody models is returning for 2023, according to Mopar Insiders. The package pays homage to the legendary 426 Hemi that powered many Dodge muscle cars during the late-1960s and early-1970s. The package creates a unique Orange and Black combination of accents that transforms both the exterior and interior of the iconic muscle cars.
Dodge Challenger and Charger Orange Appearance Package: Details
The interior of the Hemi Orange Appearance Package features Orange stitching that embellishes the instrument panel, door uppers and armrests, console lid, shifter boot, and leather flat-bottom steering wheel. The seats also get some sport orange stitching along with a monochromatic Dodge “Rhombi” seatback logo. Meanwhile, the Scat Pack Widebody models get an Orange and Black “392” instrument panel badge that decorates the inside. The interior of the package models also gets blacked-out interior modifications that include the steering wheel bezels, shifter body, cluster trim, cup holder, and vent rings.
On the exterior, an Orange accent tracer complements vehicle-length Gunmetal striping, while Orange outlines the Midnight Grey Metallic grille and fender badging. In addition, the Scat Pack Widebody receives Orange Brembo 6-piston brake calipers that contrast nicely with the 20-inch x 11-inch Carbon Black “Warp Speed” wheels, while Orange Brembo 4-piston calipers with 20-inch x 9-inch Medium Gloss Black wheels are on the GT RWD models.
We highly recommend looking at the Hemi Orange Appearance Package, especially if you are purchasing a Scat Pack Widebody model. It’s undoubtedly an excellent alternative to the thousands that will be added over the MSRP for a Shakedown, Super Bee or Swinger model for the “Last Call” special edition Charger and Challenger lineup. Plus, there doesn’t appear to be a limited number of builds like on the special editions, making it easier to obtain. The 2023 Dodge Challenger and Charger production is scheduled to begin on Monday, December 5th, 2022.
