UKRAINE SOMEHOW GOT A FORD RAPTOR TO SUPPORT THE WAR EFFORT

Ukraine Gets Raptical

Anti-Tank F-150 Raptor

Ukraine’s ongoing resistance from Russian invaders that started in February of this year continues to rage on. Countless humanitarian organizations and companies across the globe have done what they can to help those in need. This even includes a couple of American auto manufacturers, Ford and GM, who have offered up 50 Ford Rangers and Chevy Tahoe SUVs to help humanitarian relief efforts in the war-torn country, while at the same time ceasing their respective operations in Russia. And on the front lines, the Ukrainian military appeared to have converted a second-generation Ford F-150 Raptor into a rocket-wielding instrument of war, and to great effect.

F-150 Raptor Anti-Tank Truck: Details

A video that has recently been posted onto the r/Ukraine Reddit thread showcases a second-generation Ford F-150 Raptor wrapped entirely in camouflage with an S-5KP high-explosive anti-tank rocket launcher mounted onto the bed. The thing looks incredible and shows how people have to be innovative during times of war. To be clear, the F-150 Raptor was not engineered to be a war truck. But we’re sure that Fox suspension system and knobby tires that come with it will help this tank trashing truck traverse Ukrainian terrain with favorable pace.

The video doesn’t feature any audio besides some music, along with the sound of the rockets firing. But the short 50-second video shows it all. A Ford F-150 Raptor is a competent off-road truck and one that can get you anywhere, making it a perfect vehicle to mount an anti-tank rocket launcher as you can get it in harder-to-reach places. We recommend you check the video out for yourselves to see the anti-tank Raptor.

Zac's love for cars started at a young age, after seeing the popular Eleanor from Gone In 60 Seconds. From there, fascination and enthusiasm blossomed and to this day the Ford Mustang remains a favorite. His first job started out detailing cars, but also provided the opportunity to work on restoration including an 1968 Ford Mustang, Pontiac Firebird, and a C3 Corvette, though he left that job before further work and experience could be had. From there, he was a detailer at a car dealership before quitting that job to try and finish college.

Much of his free time while studying was spent watching YouTube videos regarding new cars, or off-roading. 4WD247 is a personal favorite channel which rekindled a dying flame in car enthusiasm, now tailored towards trucks and SUVs and the fun that can be had building up an overlanding rig, and going on adventures, though, that chapter remains unwritten for the time being.
