While Jeep is the brand synonymous with the annual Moab Easter Safari, the iconic SUV brand may want to scan the horizon for a giant blue oval display. Because happening out there is an opportunity for off-roaders to not only get an up-close look at the 2021 Ford Bronco and Bronco Sport, but a fresh new quartet of accessorized builds done by major players in the aftermarket. Say hello to the custom Ford Bronco builds from RTR Vehicles, ARB 4×4, and 4 Wheel Parts, as Ford seeks to go beyond the current catalog of Ford-approved accessories for Bronco and Bronco Sport.

These Bronco builds feature upcoming offerings that will include suspension and lift kits, custom wheels and body components, performance driveline parts, plus an extensive list of camping and off-road accessories such as tents, racks, storage solutions and lighting.

SEMA, it seems, has come early this year. Although, you may notice that all of these 2021 Ford Bronco 2-Door and 4-Door builds are soft top versions. We’ll have more on that later today.

Along with the Ford Bronco RTR, 4 Wheel Parts, and ARB 4×4 builds, Ford also built a special 2021 Bronco Outer Banks with Sasquatch Package that features official licensed accessories, including JAC Products rock rails, fender flares by Air Design and Trail Armor rocker panel covers by Lund, with a 40-inch curved LED lightbar by Rigid on top and a retractable full-roof soft-top by Bestop. A matte black hood wrap, plus a Covercraft windshield sunscreen are added to reduce glare.

Inside, rugged off-road accessories that optimize space and make for secure stowage include a DC Safety rear cargo organizer plus roadside assistance and first-aid kit, a Tufty MOLLE straps and security drawer below, along with a Console Vault center console.

Below are details on the other builds:

Ford Bronco RTR Vehicles

Vaughn Gittin Jr.-owned RTR Vehicles did not disappoint with this one. What they’ve come up with is a visually striking fun-having machine that is almost exclusively affixed with new RTR gear. There are of course the custom RTR graphics, RTR rock sliders, an RTR rear bumper, RTR 3D-printed grille with simulated accent lights, RTR Tech-6 wheels wrapped around 35-inch Nitto Ridge Grappler tires. Vaughn Gittin Jr’s company has otherwise outsourced a roof-mounted Project X lightbar, and a 12-volt Type S Blizzard Box refrigerator/freezer in back.

Ford Bronco ARB 4×4 Accessories

Australia’s ARB looked to build some high-performance off-road parts specifically for Bronco two- and four-door, and they’re featured in this custom Bronco Badlands four-door SUV. The engineering went deep enough to integrate airbag-compliant front and rear bumpers, heavy duty rock sliders and differential cover, plus essential off-road accessories like an ARB twin compressor, jack and Zero refrigerator/freezer.

Ford Bronco 4 Wheel Parts

This 2021 Ford Bronco Black Diamond features a 4 Wheel Parts factory brand modular front bumper, skid plate and winch platform, heavy-duty suspension components, custom roof rack and light mounts, along with a Smittybilt overhead tent and camping gear, awning and refrigerator/air system. It rides on 37-inch BFGoodrich mud-terrain tires mounted to 17-inch Method alloy wheels. It’s not quite the Bronco Warthog, but it seems to be more than capable of holding its own out in the desert.

4 Wheel Parts also crafted a more rugged 2021 Bronco Sport, featuring a roof-mounted tent, awning, and a rear-mounted full-spare.

All we seem to be missing at the moment is something from Roush Overland.

Muscle Cars & Trucks was founded by Manoli Katakis - an automotive media veteran that has been covering the latest car news since 2009. His journalism has uncovered dozens of major product changes, updates, plans, and cancellations long before automakers were ready to make things official.

Some highlights over the years of his reporting include the uncovering of the Zora trademark before anybody else reported on the coming of a mid-engine Corvette, as well as the dead-accurate reporting of the coming of the Chevrolet Colorado ZR2, two years before it hit the market, and even before the debut of the concept vehicle. This type of reporting has immediately continued here, with reports of the original seventh-generation Camaro plans being shelved, as well as what's in store for the Chevrolet Silverado.

Some of his work can be found on massive automotive media outlets, such as Motor1. He also has been a guest on the 910AM Radio Station with Detroit News auto critic Henry Payne, as well as the enthusiast-oriented Camaro Show podcast.

Over the years, Manoli has interviewed various automotive industry titans, leaders, and people that make things happen otherwise. These include figureheads such as GM CEO Mary Barra, GM President Mark Reuss, automotive aftermarket icon Ken Lingenfelter, Dodge firebrand Tim Kuniskis, along with various chief engineers of vehicles such as the Ford F-150 & Mustang, Chevrolet Camaro & Corvette, and many more.

At MC&T, Manoli is taking his journalism expertise, deeply planted sources, driving abilities, and automotive industry knowledge to new levels, covering more vehicles and brands than ever before. This is the place where you will continue to read groundbreaking stories about American performance vehicles, pickup trucks, and sport utility vehicles. Here is where you’ll also read insights and quotes from various automotive subject matter experts on the latest relevant products, as well as some of the latest official news from their manufacturers.

Fun facts: he also once beat Corvette Racing driver Tommy Milner in an autocross with a Chevrolet Bolt EV. The biggest vehicle he’s ever driven is a John Deere mining truck. Besides a go-kart, the smallest vehicle he’s driven has been a Hyundai i10. He’s also spent time in the cockpit of various American performance vehicle icons, including the fifth-generation Chevrolet Camaro Z/28, Dodge Challenger Demon, and Ford Mustang GT350R. He has reviewed dozens of trucks, SUVs, and performance vehicles over the years.

One of his favorite new vehicles on the market today happens to be the Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 Bison. He is also a card carrying member of the Sports Car Club of America, and regularly participates in Detroit Region autocross events.
