2022 FORD BRONCO GETS REMOVABLE HOOP STEP FACTORY OPTION

The Option Is Available On Almost Every Trim

Along with the Ford Bronco family expanding with the mighty Everglades and Raptor variants, which you can configure online right now, the high-demand SUV also sees a few additional factory-installed accessories to the portfolio. Such as the sturdy “hoop step” assists, pictured below and above.

A hoop step accessory is available on every Ford Bronco trim level except two (the Base and Raptor), and is priced from $395. The build and price tool labels the option as a “Removable Hoop Step” under the exterior options menu so while it is a factory add-on, you will have the ability to remove them if you want better side clearance when hitting the trails.

The 2022 Ford Bronco Raptor made its reveal last month, and has a starting price of $69,995. The affectionately nicknamed Braptor sports its own aesthetically pleasing and practical running boards that are attached to its fully boxed frame, and is supported by massive 37-inch all-terrain tires in addition to Fox racing coil overs. Powering the Bronco Raptor is a high-output 3.0L EcoBoost V6 engine – the largest of Ford’s “Nano” family of engines.

Shortly after the debut of the Bronco Raptor came the 2022 Ford Bronco Everglades, which has standard hoop steps. The go-anywhere SUV also comes with a Warn Zeon 10-S winch, a snorkel, and a unique set of graphics. The Everglades starts at a dead-even MSRP of $53,000 USD and is expected to begin production this summer.

Both the Bronco Raptor and Everglades orders will be given priority to existing Bronco reservation holders that have been waiting, perhaps impatiently, for their orders to be fulfilled.
