2024 Jeep Wrangler AEV Package

Jeep and American Expedition Vehicles (AEV) are expanding the availability of upfit packages for the new 2024 Jeep Wrangler. It wasn’t that long ago that Jeep offered a limited number of 2023 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 20th Anniversary models with an AEV Level II package. Complete with 37-inch tires, legendary levels of capability, and a heart-wrenching price tag. But despite that, the special package sold out in just two hours, so it shouldn’t come as a surprise that the package is returning for the next generation of the Jeep Wrangler with more options than before. The AEV Jeep upgrades are on full display this weekend at Overland Expo Mountain West, taking place in Colorado.

How Does AEV Upgrade The 2024 Jeep Wrangler?

Exclusive to the 2024 Jeep Wrangler, AEV now offers three levels of upfit packages: Upcountry, Upcountry +, and Level II. All upfit levels add 35- or 37-inch tires to the Wrangler Rubicon, and for the first time, AEV Upcountry and Upcountry + upfits bring 35-inch tires to the already capable Wrangler Willys model. All of this should translate to more competition between the Wrangler and Ford Bronco, but as we all know, pricing will also play a significant factor in things.

The AEV Upcountry package (available on Rubicon and Willys) includes:

  • AEV 2.0-inch Suspension kit
  • AEV Jack Base
  • AEV ProCal
  • AEV Pintler wheels (satin black)
  • 35-inch BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 tires
  • JPP/ Mopar flare extensions
  • JPP/Mopar spare tire relocation kit
  • AEV Plaque

The AEV Level II Rubicon package will add $20,049 to the overall cost of the 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, and if you’re opting for the Rubicon 4xe, that’ll add $22,099, which includes the 4.56 gear upgrade. However, you’ll want to act fast if you want a brand-new Jeep Wrangler with one of these packages, as they will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. Unfortunately, Jeep hasn’t disclosed how many of these packages it will offer for 2024. Customers should be able to place orders through their local Jeep dealer this month. Vehicles will ship directly from the Toledo Assembly Complex to AEV for upfit and then to the customer’s dealership. Furthermore, if you are heading to the Overland Expo Mountain West this coming weekend in Loveland, Colorado, the new 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Level II will be displayed in AEV’s booth (B151).

Zac's love for cars started at a young age, after seeing the popular Eleanor from Gone In 60 Seconds. From there, fascination and enthusiasm blossomed and to this day the Ford Mustang remains a favorite. His first job started out detailing cars, but also provided the opportunity to work on restoration including an 1968 Ford Mustang, Pontiac Firebird, and a C3 Corvette, though he left that job before further work and experience could be had. From there, he was a detailer at a car dealership before quitting that job to try and finish college.

Much of his free time while studying was spent watching YouTube videos regarding new cars, or off-roading. 4WD247 is a personal favorite channel which rekindled a dying flame in car enthusiasm, now tailored towards trucks and SUVs and the fun that can be had building up an overlanding rig, and going on adventures, though, that chapter remains unwritten for the time being.
