For 80 years, Jeep has been known for its extremely capable 4×4 vehicles, which have been associated with freedom, authenticity, adventure, and passion. However, as they turn their attention, along with much of the auto industry, to electrification, the folks at Jeep have announced a comprehensive plan for its next generation of fully electric 4xe vehicles in a video presentation on the brand’s official YouTube channel.

Jeep 4xe Day: Plan Details
The plan calls for the introduction of four all-electric SUVs in North America and Europe by the end of 2025. In addition, as part of an ongoing comprehensive product plan, 50% of Jeep brand sales in the U.S. will be fully electric by 2030, while 100% of European sales will be all-electric by then. The plan is in full support of the net-zero carbon emissions targets set by Stellantis during the Dare Forward 2030 long-term strategic plan.

The video opens up with Jeep brand CEO Christian Meunier speaking to the audience about the past of Jeep and its “forward-thinking strategy” to ensure that Jeep fans around the world can continue to explore our planet, embrace, and protect it. We then get some pretty neat transitions with a vertical rectangle representing Jeep brand vehicles’ iconic grille, moving to different presenters to showcase the four upcoming vehicles from Jeep.
The all-new Jeep Recon and a mid-size addition to the Wagoneer family, code-named Wagoneer S, were revealed in the video and are expected to arrive in North America and other regions around the world. Meanwhile, in the large SUV segment, the upcoming Jeep Wagoneer 4xe will deliver powertrains that target an estimated 500 miles of combined range. Lastly, the all-electric Jeep Avenger was confirmed and announced to launch in Europe early next year.
