Like it or not the Durango Hellcat is coming back. Announced by CEO of the Dodge brand himself, Tim Kuniskis, the Durango Hellcat has been made available for the 2023 model year. If you didn’t get your hands on one the first go around, your time has come. That being said, a newly revealed dealer order guide has unveiled the 2023 Durango Hellcats starting price point, and it won’t be cheap. Not that it was cheap before. Then again, what were you expecting to pay for a three-row SUV with over 700 horsepower?

According to the dealer order guide, the 2023 Dodge Durango Hellcat will come with three different package options: Hellcat (2XV), Hellcat Plus (2XW), and the Hellcat Premium (2XY). Prices, not including destination or other charges, range from $91,185 USD to $97,185 USD, and $102,085 USD, respectively. To put that in perspective, the 2021 Dodge Durango Hellcat had a starting price of $80,995 meaning the 2023 model will be just over $10,000 ($10,190) more expensive.

Something new for the 2023 model year though are the color choices. Instead of just four colors as it was in 2021, the new model year gets a whole palette to choose from. Dodge will offer a blacktop color option as was displayed during Speed Week earlier this year. The color options, with exception to white and black, will also all carry a $395 up-charge. The color choices include:

  • DB Black
  • White Knuckle
  • Velvet Red
  • Destroyer Gray
  • Frostbite
  • Night Moves
  • Vapor Gray
  • Red Oxide
  • Triple Nickel

The order guide also revealed that the Durango lineup also includes the ongoing SRT 392 trim, which will likely be available sooner than later while the Hellcat trim is expected to be added to the build and price tool after the new year. There hasn’t been a confirmed production limit established yet, however, seeing as how the 2021 Hellcat Durango was so popular that it forced the company to produce an additional 1,000 units. Armed with an emissions compliant powertrain, the 2023 Dodge Durango Hellcat is sure to pull in many customers that were once thought to be left behind.
