Sure, the 2023 C8 Corvette Z06 and upcoming C8 Corvette E-Ray are going to come with a thick-boi widebody straight from the factory, but what if you’re not all that interested in the Z06’s 5.5L flat-plane crank LT6 V8 or the E-Ray’s hybridized all-wheel-drive V8 layout? Say you’re building your own turbocharged or supercharged C8 street monster, or a high-grip track day special but you want that same muscular hulk, then Anderson Composites’ new Wide-Track Package for the C8 Corvette is what you’re looking for.

The nine-piece kit will bolt up to any C8 Corvette Stingray base model or Z51 package and takes most of its inspiration from the C8.R GTE, turned GTD race car. The all-carbon-fiber package adds significant girth to the C8, the vented front fenders are 1.5-inches wider than stock while the rears add 1.75 inches. The front bumper adds a motorsports-style splitter and canards, along with wider aperture cooling ducts to feed the C8’s radiators. The two-piece rear bumper assembly mirrors the IMSA-inspired look with a mini diffuser. Joining the front and rear sections together are a new set of rocker sills with integrated splitters.

According to Anderson Composites, the special-order nine-piece kit runs run $19,999 USD and requires an estimated 12-16 weeks for production. Also, there’s no changing your mind once you order from them, the company has a strict no returns and no cancellations policy. The firm also recommends you have a qualified professional do the installation, getting the correct fitment of carbon fiber panels requires patience, finesse, and typically, lots of shimming.

Outside of the nine-piece Wide-Track package, Anderson Composites also offers up the ability to convert the C8’s remaining panels and trim pieces for an additional cost. There’s a choice of two different styles of dry carbon fiber hoods, one OE-styled and the other GT-styled, each will set you back north of $3,000. The carbon engine decklid costs a further $4,399, while the cost for replacing both doors is $3,519.

Other items include a choice of Z51 or High Wing carbon spoilers, carbon side scoops, carbon door handle covers, carbon rear camera housing panels, and carbon rear hatch vents. All parts from Anderson Composites are designed to use the C8’s factory fasteners in the OEM locations and are produced with a vacuum infused process using 3K, 2×2 twill carbon fiber cloth in a gloss finish.
