Finale Speed’s Charger will utilize the Roadster Shop Fast Track Mopar chassis to deliver the drivability of a modern vehicle combined with the rigidity necessary for track use. This chassis is based on fully-boxed frame rails made from hand-fabricated 10-gauge steel allowing a lower, more aggressive stance while retaining drivability for all road conditions. It is the ideal foundation for Finale Speed’s carbon-fiber Charger.

The partnership between Finale Speed and Roadster Shop is expected to drive growth and expansion from both companies, with plans already underway for new product offerings and custom builds that will take the classic-car industry by storm.

Finale Speed 1970 Dodge Charger: Details

Finale Speed’s 1970 Charger combines the weight of a sports car with the power and presence of an old-school muscle car. The restomod takes an iconic American design and reimagines it with a modern drivetrain wrapped in carbon fiber. Power comes from a 6.2-liter V8 Hellcat crate engine producing 707 horsepower running through a Tremec 6-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The Roadster Shop chassis utilizes custom-valved Fox shocks and oversized Roadster Shop front and rear sway bars, with stopping power provided by Wilwood disc brakes. Toyo Proxes R888R tires wrapped around 18-inch Forgeline three-piece wheels provide grip. Finale Speed’s Dodge Charger is available through any Dodge Direct Connection dealer, or directly from Finale Speed.

Pricing for the turnkey version of the car with all the goodies mentioned above starts at $449,000. Meanwhile, customers can purchase just a rolling body which gives freedom of creativity for $199,000.

Zac's love for cars started at a young age, after seeing the popular Eleanor from Gone In 60 Seconds. From there, fascination and enthusiasm blossomed and to this day the Ford Mustang remains a favorite. His first job started out detailing cars, but also provided the opportunity to work on restoration including an 1968 Ford Mustang, Pontiac Firebird, and a C3 Corvette, though he left that job before further work and experience could be had. From there, he was a detailer at a car dealership before quitting that job to try and finish college.

Much of his free time while studying was spent watching YouTube videos regarding new cars, or off-roading. 4WD247 is a personal favorite channel which rekindled a dying flame in car enthusiasm, now tailored towards trucks and SUVs and the fun that can be had building up an overlanding rig, and going on adventures, though, that chapter remains unwritten for the time being.
