Jeep is taking its legendary 4×4 capability to a new level for the current Wrangler and Gladiator vehicles with an upgrade from Jeep Performance Parts (JPP). If you’re looking for a lift kit for your off-road SUV or truck, look no further than Mopar, as it has just announced the arrival of a 2-inch lift kit that includes specially tuned Bilstein 46-millimeter monotube shocks with remote reservoirs.
New Bilstein 2-Inch Lift Kit From Jeep Performance Parts
The new Bilstein shocks work well with the increased ground clearance and larger wheels and tires that people will surely add when equipping the lift kit and offering consistent, fade-free performance in all conditions. In addition, a self-adjusting, deflective-disc valve reacts instantly to surface changes, giving the driver maximum control. But that’s not all, as remote reservoirs increase the oil capacity for more excellent heat dissipation. At the same time, a unique swivel banjo fitting allows for a 360-degree rotation of the flex hose for direct fitment while protecting the reservoir oil line from contact. That’s pretty fancy.
The entire JPP lift kit is easily installed in stock mounting locations with no extra drilling needed, meaning it should be entirely bolt-on. Customers who purchase the JPP lift kit for the Jeep Wrangler or Gladiator also get four springs, front lower control arms, front and rear stabilizer links, front and rear bump stops, assorted fasteners, and the JPP badge. The kit is packed in a custom, reusable wooden crate branded with the JPP logo.
Regarding pricing and availability, customers that own a 2018 model year or new Jeep Wrangler or a 2020 model year or newer Jeep Gladiator can already head over to the Mopar e-store to order and purchase the kit. Considering what is on offer, the U.S. manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $2,095 is an excellent deal. We can’t wait to see some legendary Jeep rigs taking on the trails with this new kit in the future, and we’re sure the driver and passengers will enjoy the improved capability.
