The Ram 1500 Classic has been a staple of the Ram truck lineup for almost a decade and a half now. It’s a model that has provided numerous optional package upgrades and limited edition models to its customer base throughout its lifetime. Last year the Ram 1500 Classic Warlock iteration received an all-terrain package. This year a “Warlock Ceramic Grey” package will be available that enhances both the exterior look and overall value of the already bargain truck.

Mopar Insiders found some communication given to Ram dealers laying out the package details. The package itself will run $1,995 which is a discount of $1,215 compared to regular MSRP of $3,210. Production begins this month and ends in September. The package includes everything the base Warlock comes with plus the add-ons listed below.

Sport Hood and Decal – $775

Black Premium Cloth Bucket Seats – $1,295

Utility Group – $195
– Front LED Fog Lamps
– Tow Hooks

Electronics Group – $945
– 4G LTE Wi-Fi Hot Spot
– 8.4-Inch Uconnect 5 Information Touchscreen Display
– A/C with Dual-Zone Auto Temperature Control
– Apple CarPlay and Android Auto
– 7-Inch TFT Color Display-Cluster
– Full Function Media Hub with 2-USB Plus Aux Port
– Automatic-Dimming Rear-View Mirror

According to Mopar Insiders, the limited edition package is only available with a quad cab 6-foot 4-inch bed with either four-wheel or two-wheel drive. The Warlock comes standard with a Pentastar 3.6L V6 or you can beef things up by opting for the more potent 5.7L Hemi V8, for an upcharge of $2,200. Both power plants come equipped with an 8-speed ZF transmission.

This isn’t the first time we’ve noticed manufacturers showing love to one of their lineup’s mainstays. Jeep is still offering its Jeep Grand Cherokee WK alongside the brand new models because demand remains steady. As we wait for the official introduction of Ram’s all-electric pickup truck, the limited edition runs on current models will have to fill the void for now.
