Four Powerful Classics

Ringbrothers SEMA 2022 1969 Chevy Camaro

Ringbrothers has made itself known for its various builds, which include stuffing Hellcat engines into classic Dodges, modernizing first-generation Mustangs, and creating some pretty extraordinary Chevrolet Blazers. Each build is finished beautifully, and Ringbrothers has proven to be masters in their attention to detail. This is why there’s plenty to get excited about, as they’ve announced that there will be four new creations heading to SEMA 2022, including a Camaro, a Blazer, a 1948 Chevy pickup, and a Mustang.

Ringbrothers SEMA 2022 Build: Details

Ringbrothers was kind enough to share a few details regarding the builds, starting with what they’re calling “Bully,” which is a 1972 K5 Blazer fitted with large tires and a triangulated four-link suspension system with off-road racing coilovers. Under the hood is a supercharged Wegner Motorsports-built LS3 engine which produces 1,200 horsepower. Fans will be able to see the cover taken off this build at the HRIA booth #23295 on November 1 at 10 AM.

An hour later, at the Keystone booth #21249, the 1969 Chevrolet Camaro build named “Strode” will be unveiled. The muscle car features a wide body made of carbon fiber and an extended wheelbase. Another Wegner Motorsports LS3 has been fitted into this car along with a 2.9-liter Whipple supercharger helping produce 1,000 ponies. Additionally, the vehicle will feature Ghost White paint, which pays homage to Strode’s origins.

The following vehicle from Ringbrothers is a 1969 Ford Mustang named “Patriarc.” It’s a car with “groundbreaking aerodynamic innovation,” power will come from a Ford Performance Aluminator 5.2 XS engine mated to a six-speed manual transmission. The muscle car will feature a custom interior and will be unveiled half an hour after Strode at 11:30 at the Centerforce booth #23813.

Lastly is “Enyo,” a 1948 Chevy pickup with its original steel cab narrowed, lengthened, chopped, and wedge cut. The body features carbon fiber and a single-piece carbon fiber belly pan. Cantilevered suspension is located at every corner of the car, and a 1,000 horsepower big-block marine racing engine has been mounted under the hood. Hailed as Ringbrothers’ most extreme build yet, you won’t want to miss it when it’s unveiled at the Mothers booth #22357 at 2 PM.

Written by Zac Quinn

Zac's love for cars started at a young age, after seeing the popular Eleanor from Gone In 60 Seconds. From there, fascination and enthusiasm blossomed and to this day the Ford Mustang remains a favorite. His first job started out detailing cars, but also provided the opportunity to work on restoration including an 1968 Ford Mustang, Pontiac Firebird, and a C3 Corvette, though he left that job before further work and experience could be had. From there, he was a detailer at a car dealership before quitting that job to try and finish college.

Much of his free time while studying was spent watching YouTube videos regarding new cars, or off-roading. 4WD247 is a personal favorite channel which rekindled a dying flame in car enthusiasm, now tailored towards trucks and SUVs and the fun that can be had building up an overlanding rig, and going on adventures, though, that chapter remains unwritten for the time being.
