The 800 hp Yenko Chevrolet Silverado is quite possibly the best full size muscle truck on sale today. From the insane performance, to the quality Specialty Vehicle Engineering is known for in it’s vehicles, it’s a rare and special truck. Unsurprisingly, it’s price reflects that, much like the recently revealed SVE GMC Syclone. In fact, both the Yenko and Syclone package on either truck actually costs the same. Thanks to information sent to Muscle Cars and Trucks from SVE, the Yenko Silverado package is set at $79,995.

Just like the Syclone, that price doesn’t include the truck itself. The Yenko Silverado calls for a 2WD or 4WD Custom truck, in either crew cab or double cab. You can also supply them with any engine, because they are just going to rip it out for their re-worked 6.2 liter supercharged V8. This means your cheapest point of entry is a $35,000 crew cab, 2WD, four-cylinder Silverado. Still, this means you’ll be paying over $100,000 for one of the 50 being made at minimum. That’s also close to double the price of the previous-generation Yenko Silverado, mainly because there wasn’t a need for an engine swap.
SVE tells us that the complexities surrounding the 2021 Yenko Silverado involved three years of development. And considering how rare a T1 GM truck is in today’s tuning space, it’s easy to understand why.
Still, you’re getting an exclusive truck with killer performance. The supercharged V8 gets a new crankshaft, pistons, cylinder heads, and a presumably wonderful sounding exhaust. All of the modifications are backed by a three year, 36,000 mile warranty.

It should feel better than your average pickup through the corners, too. The Yenko Silverado gets new suspension that lowers by 2 inches in the front and 5 inches in the rear, upgraded Brembo brakes, and a heavy duty rear sway bar.
It’s offered in whatever factory paint color you choose, along with nine stripe options. There are also three different paint options on the 22 inch, six spoke turbine wheels.

Yes, this is an expensive truck, but so are all of SVE’s products. With the Yenko Chevrolet Silverado, you are buying into a brand you know will have a quality product to back up the insane performance. The real question is whether you’d rather have this, or the smaller SVE GMC Syclone. Both have a V8, only the Syclone is 50 hp down, as if 750 hp wasn’t enough from the supercharged L83 V8.
