2021 FORD BRONCO SPOTTED WITH COLORADO ZR2, BRONCO SPORT

Looks Like A Fun Time To Us

We’ve come to know a lot about the upcoming Ford Bronco and Bronco Sport models, despite the fact that the models debut is still weeks away at this point. However, when it comes to how the full-size Bronco is going to look, we haven’t gotten much more than a few renderings. That is until now, thanks to some images of the 2021 Ford Bronco two-door fully uncovered posted to the Bronco6G forum.

The images show both a 2021 Ford Bronco and a smaller Bronco Sport model without camouflage while testing in the desert. The images are taken from above, and they give us our first real (albeit grainy) look at the returning off-road legend. It appears that the renderings that made their way around are pretty representative of the truck, though we obviously don’t have a great look at the fascias. What we can see are those meaty off-road tires that do a great job of filling out this Cyber-Orange Bronco’s wheel wells.

The Blue Oval appears to be putting those beefy tires to good use, as the image shows us that Ford is testing the new SUVs up against a Chevrolet Colorado ZR2. The midsize truck happens to be one of our favorite off-roading machines on sale today, and is widely regarded for being a competent and capable machine off the tarmac. It’s clear that Ford plans to make an impact with fans of the off-roading segment, even if its main competitor will undoubtedly be the Jeep Wrangler.

We may have seen the Bronco Sport before thanks to some leaked images, but it’s safe to say that this darker color is an improvement over what we saw previously. The blacked out treatment above the belt line is reminiscent of Range Rover, and that isn’t a bad thing. While it certainly won’t be as much of an icon as the 2021 Ford Bronco, we think the smaller SUV has the potential to be a good seller. Should there be no more leaks before the time comes, you’ll just have to wait until July 13 to see these SUVs in their entirety.
