So you missed your chance to order a 2021 Ford Bronco. That’s fine, because – surprise, surprise- they’re making a 2022 Bronco. And if you’re serious about getting one, you may be able to place your order for a 2022 Ford Bronco as soon as October 13th, according to Bronco6G. This is exciting since Ford had halted online orders for the 2021 Bronco earlier this month, making future Bronco orders only available through local dealerships. There are also some speculated 2022 trims we still may get to see as per a leak from the ordering system.

2022 Ford Bronco Introduces Raptor, Everglades Trims

Since its launch, the Bronco has had many setbacks, with production being relatively slow due to hardtop quality issues and the global chip shortage causing delays. Ford did previously state that they would plan on bringing online ordering back in October, and they’re keeping with that. However, it’s important to note that customers who still have not received their Bronco orders will also be getting the 2022 model year, and there’s a chance that could even be pushed back to 2023.

The exciting thing is what the 2022 model could bring with the potential addition of two new trims, including the anticipated Bronco Raptor. Unfortunately, we still know very little about the Ford Bronco Raptor, but what we do know is that a leak revealed that it would only be available in a four-door configuration. The Raptor will also get some snazzy color options including Eruption Green and Hot Pepper Red. It’s still unclear when Ford will unveil the Bronco Raptor, but the 2021 SEMA Show is right around the corner.

There is also a Ford Bronco Everglades spotted within the 2022 ordering system a couple of weeks ago. We don’t know where it will fit in the hierarchy yet, but we may get a gleam come October 13th.

Zac's love for cars started at a young age, after seeing the popular Eleanor from Gone In 60 Seconds. From there, fascination and enthusiasm blossomed and to this day the Ford Mustang remains a favorite. His first job started out detailing cars, but also provided the opportunity to work on restoration including an 1968 Ford Mustang, Pontiac Firebird, and a C3 Corvette, though he left that job before further work and experience could be had. From there, he was a detailer at a car dealership before quitting that job to try and finish college.

Much of his free time while studying was spent watching YouTube videos regarding new cars, or off-roading. 4WD247 is a personal favorite channel which rekindled a dying flame in car enthusiasm, now tailored towards trucks and SUVs and the fun that can be had building up an overlanding rig, and going on adventures, though, that chapter remains unwritten for the time being.
