Marmot, a well-known outdoor clothing and gear outfitter has teamed up with the Ford Bronco brand in a collaboration they’re calling “States of Adventures.” According to SGB Media, the collaboration aims to accomplish several different goals. While the Marmot X Bronco collaboration will be a multi-year joint venture between the brands, the partnership is getting its kick off in the form of a month-long ambassador road trip featuring rock climber Maiza Lima and adventure photographer Willie Woodward. They’ll be visiting 15 state parks in 15 states and will have no trouble rock climbing, kayaking, biking, hiking, and camping thanks to a one of a kind, heavily modified, “States of Adventure” Ford Bronco Sport concept.
Marmot X Bronco Partnership
The whole idea of the collaboration is to one, sell the Marmot X Bronco outdoor-focused clothing collection, and two, promote outdoor adventure. The Bronco Wild Fund, which is funded through small portions of every Ford Bronco and Ford Bronco Sport sold, will be distributing a $120,000 grant between six state parks. The charitable contribution is part of the Bronco Wild Fund’s pledge to foster accessibility and preservation of America’s protected lands. Marmot is also donating an unspecified amount of money to the cause. A few clothing items from the Marmot X Bronco outdoor-focused collection are already for sale prior to the release of the full spring 2022 drop which will include sportswear, outerwear, and equipment.
The “States Of Adventure” Ford Bronco Sport Concept
The Ford Bronco Sport concept that Maiza Lima and Willie Woodward get to haul around in is the ultimate camping vehicle. It sits aggressively on Black Rhino wheels wrapped in Falken Wildpeak A/T tires with a spare secured to a swing-out carrier. With a foldable cutting board, no less. It also has custom rock rails, a Yakima Skybox to hold camping gear, JetStream crossbars to mount bikes or kayaks, and a Rigid LED light bar to guide the way in the dark.
Inside the Ford Bronco Sport’s cabin, there’s a ARB Zero 47 quart slide-out fridge/freezer with a GoalZero Yeti 500x, both of which are accessible in the rear cargo area through custom rails. Finally, there’s a RoadShower onboard water storage solution, meaning there’s pressurized water available at the squeeze of a trigger. While this particular Ford Bronco Sport isn’t for sale, there’s nothing stopping you from building your own one-stop-shop Bronco Sport camper just like this one. Regardless, hopefully this Marmot X Bronco collaboration ignites a fire for exploring the American outdoors.
