Ursa Minor Vehicles is the aftermarket parts company that specializes in converting the Honda Element and the Jeep Wrangler into more capable camping vehicles. Now, they have turned their focus to the 2021 Bronco, and we’re not complaining. First spotted by Bronco6G, Ursa Minor has announced its B30 pop-up camping tent for the new Ford Bronco 4-Door, which is launching this summer.

The new Ford Bronco is re-entering the market 25 years after the last original Bronco rolled off the line in 1996. And it’s doing so with a vengeance. The vehicle seems to exploit every perceived tradeoff that the Jeep Wrangler may have, from A-pillar mounted mirrors, to an easily removable roof, to an independent front suspension. Yet, like the Wrangler, the 2021 Ford Bronco is incredibly modular, and makes for a wildly appealing platform for the flourishing off-road aftermarket.

Like the 2021 Ford Bronco 2-door and Bronco 4-door themselves, the UMV B30 camping tent is not yet available for purchase. However, Ursa Minor Vehicles offering a refundable deposit for 4-door Bronco owners looking to turn their vehicle into the ultimate camping machine.

Like the 2021 Ford Bronco reservation itself, a down payment to secure a pop-up camping tent is only $100 USD. However, if you’re serious, the B30 Camper will actually set you back $7,150. Pretty steep for a tent, we must admit.

What makes the UMV B30 camping tent for the 2021 Ford Bronco so expensive? It’s because the Pop Up Camper is a full replacement of the original top which can be kept or sold. It may even have been the mystery roof that was captured in public last year, as depicted below.

Ursa Major Vehicles is currently working with Ford dealerships nationwide to offer its product alongside purchasing and financing of the new SUV. While not definite at the moment, UMV is not planning on offering a camper conversion for the two-door Bronco variants. If you want to go ahead and reserve a B30 Pop Up Camper for your own Bronco, you can visit UMV’s website.
