(UPDATE: The Ford Bronco Build And Price Is LIVE)
It’s almost here, folks: the Ford Bronco build and price configurator will launch on Friday, October 23. The news comes from Bronco Nation, who confirmed the date after rumors pointed to an October launch. This will give both customers with Broncos on order and people that just like the SUV their first chance to truly spec out their SUV how they want to, and see all the possible combinations.
This date is confirmed by an email Ford sent to dealers, preparing them for the launch. Additionally, Bronco Nation obtained the screenshot of the configurator featured below, showing a Bronco Four Door First Edition painted in Area 51. The image gives us a few clues.

First, the Ford Bronco build and price configurator will let users take the doors and roof off the model, just like the Jeep competition allows. On a more negative note, the configurator is lacking Lighting Blue, which Ford announced would become an option solely to First Edition customers. Hopefully it’ll just have later availability or will show up when the configurator launches.
The configurator will show users all of the color, interior and styling options on each of the Bronco trim levels, something we are yet to see fully. We can also better understand the different options packages the vehicles will offer. And if you put all of it together, buyers will see what their optimal Bronco will cost them. More than anything, playing around speccing the Ford Bronco on its shiny new configurator should be a fun activity for any car enthusiast.
For customers hoping to keep those costs down, Bronco Nation also announced that X-Plan pricing (friends and family discount) will not be available on the Bronco. Only A (employee) Z (retiree) D (dealer employee) Plan pricing will be offered on every model but the First Edition. This is similar to other high demand or limited production Fords, like the F-150 Raptor or Shelby Mustang models, only the Bronco is a serial production vehicle. This shows just how many people are in line to get the Bronco. The Bronco Sport, however, will offer AXZD plan pricing.
First I will build my own Bronco. Then I will comapre which is more expensive a Wrangler or Bronco
