Ford has yet again dropped a teaser for the S650 Mustang in anticipation of The Stampede event taking place tonight, and this one comes completely out of the left field. The ten-second video posted onto the Ford Mustang Twitter page features the sounds of a car accelerating and quickly shifting through the gears, followed by The Stampede thumbnail. But a surprise glitches into the image, showing off something altogether different. A new logo never seen before.

The new logo doesn’t take the side profile of the iconic Mustang logo, but instead approaches the legendary horse from the front. We can see its face, glaring as if in a full sprint, with a harness surrounding it. Whatever this mysterious badge is meant to represent, one thing is certain: we’re in for something new and exceptional tonight.

To ensure you don’t miss it, we recommend heading to YouTube and signing up to get notified when the stream starts at 8 PM ET. If you’re unavailable for that, you can also sign up for text alerts to receive information regarding the S650 Mustang. Your last option is to stay tuned to MC&T, as we’ll be covering all the exciting features of the S650 Mustang once it’s revealed. In addition, we’ll most certainly be covering whatever this mysterious new logo is attached to.
