It is fair to say that there haven’t been many exciting things to come out of our ongoing fight with the coronavirus. As the situation in the United States continues to intensify, automakers are finding themselves in a tough spot. With production facilities shuttered and customers isolating for their safety, the companies have turned to their financial arms to try and entice buyers. Ford is the most recent to announce such a deal, and it happens to apply to the Roush Mustang lineup.
Roush Performance announced in a post on their Facebook Page that Ford Credit is offering 0% financing for 84 months on quite a few remaining 2019 Roush Performance vehicles. These models include nearly the entire Roush Mustang lineup as well as a long list of Roush trucks. Ford is not the first U.S. automaker to offer such a deal on financing during these troubling times, as General Motors announced a similar seven year loan last week. The deal from the Blue Oval runs until March 31, though it is not available in all regions.
Spring time is usually a bright spot for car enthusiasts, as the better weather entices us to bring the toys out of hibernation. This year however things certainly feel a little different. Despite the need for all of us to take this quarantine situation seriously, going out for a drive is a great way to get your mind away from everything. A brand new Roush Mustang Stage 3 with its 750-horsepower supercharged V8 blasting down some deserted roads has to be worth a few smiles, even in a global pandemic.
These great deals may have come to us due to some pretty horrible circumstances, but they are hard to turn up nonetheless.
